Very very scruffy condition, tee boxes were nearly unplayable Lots of very saturated areas on fairwaysGreens were slow and I must have repaired 20 pitch marksIf I had paid full rack rate I would of been very disappointed In fact I am very disappointed with the condition of the courseVery poor
